In The Name of God, Amen, I Samuel Corbit, of The County of Southampton do make and ordain this writing as and for my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following vitz: Item: I give unto my son Mills Corbit and his wife Mildred for and during their natural lives the land he now lives on and agreeable to a new line lately made, and also seventy seven acres I purchased of Jethro Joiner, and at their deaths I give said land to my son Johnson Corbit I also give to my son Mills one bond I hold against him to him and his heirs forever: Item: I give and bequeath to my son Samuel Corbit one Tract of land I purchased of John Carr lying on Black Water River containing 63 acres to him and his heirs forever: Item: I give unto my son Richard Corbit for and during his Natural life a certain portion of My Lands it being that part where Giles .Johnson formerly lived, agreeable to a new line made, lying adjoining the Land I lent to Mills Corbit, supposed to be thirty acres, and at his death I give said land to his two sons William H.
